Payment Conditions: 

The deposits will be paid through a bank transfer directly to our account and all charges will be assumed directly by the client, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

The prices are in American dollars for the whole year. All prices will be confirmed at the moment of the reservation and will be guaranteed with the deposit. The prices include all the specified services in each itinerary.

Cancellations Politics.

The Cancellations are accepted via fax or email. The penalties for services Cancellations will depend with the Cancellation date according to the following list.

If you Cancel 2 months prior to departure you get your money back minus 200 dollars, administrative fees.

Cancellations between 30-60 days - 50%. Cancellations between 15-30 days - 75%.
Less than 15 days: there are no devolution.

In case that the passenger doesn't assist to the tour, there are no devolutions.

We expect the 50% of the payment two months before the departure and 100% one month before of the departure.

Note:

For reserves of less than a month, the client should pay the 100% of the tour at the moment of the confirmation of the reserve subject to availability.

Changes in the Reserve:

If you wish to make some changes in your reserve, please notify us with 30 days of anticipation with respect to your arrive date, though the changes are subject to availability.

Prices:

The prices are per passenger and in American dollars. They include taxes and services to non residents in Peru. The prices are subject to changes without previous notification. We recommend planning your excursion with anticipation. The reserves are subject to availability.

Medical and Travel Insurances:

The passports, visa and health requirements for you and your group is all your responsibility. We recommend having travel insurance against cancelations and medical insurance (for illness, accident, emergency evacuation, costs due to flight delays, loss of personal baggage, schedule changes, lost connections, bad weather, social strikes, natural catastrophes, or other causes out of our will and control.
